What Sameside is

Sameside is a relationship coaching tool for adults. It offers education, skills and suggested practices generated by software. It is not therapy, counselling, medical care or legal advice, and it does not diagnose or treat anything.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over. Every member of a circle must be 18 or over. You confirm this when you sign up. If we learn that a member is under 18 we will close the account.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself. Don’t log into anyone else’s account, including a partner’s or a family member’s, even with their permission. Accounts are personal.

Safety

If you are in danger, call 999. Sameside is not monitored in real time and cannot respond to emergencies. The safety page lists support that can.

Payment

Plus is a subscription per circle, charged monthly or yearly through Stripe. Cancel any time from your billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow UK consumer law.

Limits

We provide Sameside as-is and work hard to keep it accurate and available. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for decisions you make based on coaching content. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
